Independent sourcing requests

Verdant Compass Sourcing provides a channel for business irrigation procurement requirements. Our role is independent sourcing coordination: organizing specifications, seeking factory replies and helping identify differences between proposed supply options. We do not represent ourselves as a manufacturer or an authorized agent of a third-party brand.

Information and inquiry options

Catalog entries describe configurations that a buyer may inquire about. They do not establish stock, supplier availability, confirmed pricing or a ready-to-install engineering design. Product names and illustrative image placeholders do not establish compatibility. Ask for current model-specific documents and written clarification before relying on a proposed configuration.

Buyer requirements

Provide accurate business contact information and the product, application, quantity, unit basis, destination and delivery target. Include water source, water-quality information, flow, operating pressure and relevant connection or control requirements. Identify unknown values rather than inserting estimates without explanation. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information or confidential material through the initial form.

Quotations and responsibilities

Submitting a request does not create a purchase contract or confirm an installation appointment. Supplier quotations, minimum order quantities, samples, payment terms, production schedules, shipping and support obligations require separate written confirmation. Any purchase arrangement should identify the contracting parties, configuration, currency, destination and exclusions. A seasonal target date is a request, not a committed arrival date.

Technical and commercial review

The buyer and relevant technical specialists remain responsible for evaluating site suitability and accepting the proposed scope. Review filtration, fertigation, materials, interfaces and installation responsibilities. Compare freight, duties, local labor, spare parts and documentation alongside the equipment amount. A supplier preference is a purchasing priority, not a verified rating.

Support eligibility and changes

Any sourcing support described on the site is subject to the displayed qualification review. It is not a fixed discount or an order-wide entitlement. The published information may be corrected when specifications or service details change; obtain written terms for the actual transaction.
